BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design, implement and operate global C&B programs across multiple geographies. You will own salary grids, equity programs, variable pay, and employee savings initiatives while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.

You will collaborate with the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance, DRH and RemCo, using advanced analytics and Workday to drive transparency and efficiency in compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical skills; comfortable handling large datasets.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders (RemCo, ExCo) and drafting concise materials.
• Experience in global compensation programs across multiple geographies.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and manage BlaBlaCar's Compensation & Benefits strategy.
• Update salary grid and job grading using external benchmarks.
• Enhance variable compensation programs and benefits across geographies.
• Participate in budget creation and annual compensation review cycle.
• Prepare RemCo meeting materials and data.
• Oversee equity programs (O‑shares, BSPCE, RSU) administration.
• Configure Workday Advanced Compensation module and reporting.
• Support pay transparency readiness ahead of EU Directive (2027).
• Oversee employee savings programs (PEE/PERCO, intéressement).
