BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience to support, evolve and operate our global C&B programs. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, sitting at the intersection of rigorous analysis and day-to-day operational delivery, mixing 60% run 40% projects.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, in an international environment.
- Expert in job architecture and salary range design.
- Experience with EU Pay Transparency or pay equity analysis.
- Experience with equity programs (AGA, BSPCE, RSU).
- Strong knowledge of French C&B regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills and large data handling.
- Experience in tech scale-ups with multi-site/multi-country scope.
- Proficient in English and French.
Responsabilités
- Design and implement the Compensation & Benefits strategy across BlaBlaCar.
- Maintain salary grid and grading system (L1–L7) per job function.
- Review variable compensation and benefits across geographies.
- Lead the annual End-of-Year compensation review.
- Prepare materials for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo).
- Manage equity programs administration and vesting rules.
- Configure Workday Advanced Compensation modules.
