Exclusive Networks in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to design and continuously improve our global compensation programs. You will serve as the compensation SME, ensuring equity, data-driven approaches, and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal, lead Workday Compensation initiatives, develop salary ranges, run job evaluations, and contribute to EU pay transparency and governance.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Knowledge of global compensation and job evaluation systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS tools.
• Fluent in English and French; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to global compensation projects and initiatives.
• Lead Workday Compensation improvements, data quality and reporting with HRIS/IT partners.
• Develop and maintain salary ranges across all affiliates and ensure internal equity.
• Coordinate compensation surveys and benchmarking with external partners.
• Deliver dashboards and executive reporting; support governance and compliance.
