Job summary

Christian Louboutin, Paris-based luxury brand, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to define, implement, and optimize C&B policies across regions. You will support budgeting cycles, refine salary and bonus reviews, and enhance the benefits program to retain top talent.

The role requires strong numerical skills, fluency in English and French, and collaboration with global HR teams to drive pay transparency and angled HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French working proficiency required; a third language is a plus.
• Master’s degree (BAC +4/5), business school or university, ideally with a specialization in HR.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in compensation & benefits.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining, improving, and deploying C&B policies and processes.
• Provide daily support to regions during budget review phases.
• Develop and enhance the group’s benefits offering to retain and engage employees.
• Support Global HR Projects and pay transparency / parental leave policies.
