BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to own global C&B programs across its international footprint, including base salary architecture, equity programs, and employee savings plans. This hands-on role partners with the People team to ensure compensation is competitive, equitable and compliant.

You will design salary grids, benchmark against external surveys, refine variable pay, and lead annual remuneration cycles across sites in France, Brazil, Poland and beyond.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in job architecture and salary range design with market benchmarking.
• Experience with EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness or pay equity analysis.
• Experience supporting equity programs (AGA, BSPCE, RSU or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and French at professional level.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in designing, then implementing and managing the Compensation & Benefits strategy across BlaBlaCar.
• Update and maintain salary grid and grading system (L1–L7) per job function with external surveys.
• Review and enhance variable compensation and leaves & benefits across geographies.
• Lead the annual End-of-Year compensation review process globally.
• Prepare meetings, minutes, presentations and data for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo).
• Oversee equity programs (O-shares, BSPCE, AGA, M-shares) and vesting rules.
• Configure and operate the Workday Advanced Compensation module; dashboards and reporting.
