Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in C&B within an international company or a specialized consulting firm.
• Proven experience managing NAO and employee benefits in France.
• Autonomous, comfortable with both operational and strategic topics, with a strong affinity for figures and tools.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement compensation and benefits policies for France, Luxembourg, Monaco and Belgium.
• Benchmark compensation against the market and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deploy C&B processes: salary reviews, variable pay calculation, and job evaluation.
• Collaborate with LVMH C&B teams, brokers, and consultants for benefits and insurance contracts.
