Christian Louboutin is seeking an experienced Solution Manager IT – Back Office to drive Back-office IT activities and projects. You will lead a team, coordinate resources, and align the portfolio with the IT roadmap and business ambitions in Paris.

Responsibilities include managing external resources, coordinating with Finance, HR and Legal, and ensuring security and governance across the Back-office tools and platforms. Strong PM and leadership skills are required to deliver value.

As Solution Manager IT – Back Office, you will play a key role in driving our Back-Office IT activities and projects, translating business needs into sustainable and effective technology solutions. You will lead the team and coordinate resources and priorities to ensure the project portfolio is fully aligned with the IT roadmap and business ambitions.

MISSIONS

Team Management

• Manage the Back-office IT Team (externals IT resources and solution partners)
• Organize and adapt the Back-office IT Team depending on priorities, projects and budget allocation
• Animate the team to ensure their efficiency delivering value

Program Management

• Manage the Back-office IT Team and coordinate Finance, HR and Legal roadmap with the business team.
• Define and follow the technical integration of the Back-office tools to all Christian Louboutin systems.
• Challenge and advise the business and technical teams from the discovery to the run phase.
• Identify the program risks and remediation plan within a risk management approach.
• Ensure the service quality and improvement of support (Documentation, processes, KPI, SLA, SLO)

Product Ownership

• Own and communicate the product vision, objectives and roadmap for the Back-office solution portfolio
• Collect, challenge and prioritize business needs in line with value, risks, dependencies and delivery capacity
• Build, challenge and define Back-office IT team commitment (based on velocity, estimates and capacity)
• Define and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, security teams and solution partners
• Define expected outcomes, validate delivered features and monitor product adoption, user satisfaction and business value
• Coordinate releases and lifecycle decisions while ensuring operational readiness, documentation and continuous improvement
• Challenge and control the functional and technical architecture processes & flows
• Propose and validate architectural intentions with the design authority committee
• Define with the CISO, and implement the security prerequisites (PCI, GDPR… )
• Ensure the respect of processes, documentation and tests for Change Advisory Board validation

EXPERIENCE, TECHNOLOGY & SKILLS

Experience :

• 8+ years of work experience with a strong project management skills

Technology

• Primary: HRIS solutions, Contract Lyfe Cycle tool, Finance tools such as Basware, Travel & Expenses tool

Skills

• Project & People Management, IT/Business relationship, Agile Framework (SAFe), IS Architecture
• Product vision, roadmap definition and value-driven prioritization
• Backlog management, user story writing and acceptance criteria definition
• Stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and clear decision-making
• Business process analysis, customer-centric mindset and data-informed decision-making
• Knowledge of Agile product delivery practices, discovery techniques and product performance indicators

Languages

Compensation:

€65,000 – €70,000 brut per annum, depending on profile and experience.
