Sephora France is seeking a C&B Manager based in Neuilly-sur-Seine to translate business strategy into compensation programs for France, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Belgium, covering head office and retail networks.

You will lead cross-functional projects, deploy salary review processes, variable pay, and job evaluation, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with the LVMH group. Travel occasionally; 7–10 years in C&B; fluent French and professional English.

Qualifikationen

• 7 to 10 years of experience in C&B within an international company (Retail, FMCG, or consulting).
• Proven experience managing NAO and employee benefits in France.
• Autonomous, comfortable with both operational and strategic topics, with a strong affinity for figures and tools.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Aufgaben

• Translate the business strategy into compensation programs and services for the HR community.
• Lead cross-functional C&B projects and build compensation systems at national level for the network.
• Deploy Sephora's C&B processes, including salary reviews, variable pay calculation, and job evaluation, in partnership with HR Directors.
• Prepare compensation package offers for France head office employees and evolve variable/collective pay systems.
• Represent the C&B function in employee dialogue bodies (Works Council / CSE) and coordinate with brokers and consultants.
