BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to influence and operate global C&B programs. The role combines rigorous analysis with day-to-day delivery across a multi-country footprint, with ownership of base salary architecture, equity programs, and employee savings plans.

You will partner with HR teams and senior stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation programs ahead of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2027).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in job architecture, salary range design and market benchmarking (AON Radford, Mercer, Ravio or equivalent).
• Experience with EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness or pay equity analysis.
• Experience supporting equity programs (AGA, BSPCE, RSU or equivalent).
• Solid command of French C&B regulatory frameworks: AGA/BSPCE, intéressement, PEE/PERCO, working time compliance.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets; experience with Workday Advanced Compensation strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a Tech scale-up or multi-site, multi-country C&B scope.
• Ability to prepare materials for senior stakeholders (RemCo, DRH, ExCo).
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement BlaBlaCar's Compensation & Benefits strategy.
• Update and maintain salary grid and grading system (L1-L7) with external benchmarks.
• Review and enhance variable compensation, leave & benefits across geographies.
• Participate in budget creation and monitor consumption.
• Lead the annual End-of-Year compensation review process globally.
• Prepare meetings, minutes, presentations and data for Remuneration Committee (RemCo).
