Confidential, a world-leading eCommerce company, seeks a Global Digital Customer Engagement & CRM Director to own strategy, programs and operating model for international growth, across digital and physical channels, based in Paris.

You will lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts and define KPI frameworks to drive revenue, retention and cross-sell. The role requires strong omnichannel expertise and collaboration across marketing, CRM and data teams.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, CRM or product/portfolio leadership.
• Proven experience managing managers in an international context.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of measurable business impact.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end the customer engagement program portfolio across channels with commercial impact.
• Define KPIs and performance frameworks tied to revenue growth and customer base expansion.
• Lead a cross-functional team to build scalable, data-driven customer journeys and martech integration.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, CRM, data and martech teams to align execution and governance.
