Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, invites a seasoned Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and deploy a global training framework for commercial teams across regions, strengthening sales capabilities and ensuring scalable learning governance.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, partnering with DBS leaders and BUs to standardize processes, content, and measurement while enabling local execution from France. Remote France-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement or Training roles.
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and LLM-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Align training priorities with regional leaders and DBS teams.
• Establish governance and operational excellence for training programs.
• Measure impact of trainings and drive continuous improvement.
