Job summary

Indegene in Paris is seeking a Site Payments specialist to own the lifecycle of site payments in biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environments. You will manage site payment inquiries, reconcile payments and support monthly closeouts while coordinating with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams.

Qualifications

• Experience owning site payments in biotech, pharma, CRO environments.
• Strong understanding of investigator payments, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience supporting global programs and sponsor stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage site payments from generation through reconciliation and closeout.
• Handle site payment inquiries and resolve arising discrepancies.
• Support monthly reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams.
• Supporting budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed.
• Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.
