Job summary

Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions provider, is based in France and seeking a Site Payments Specialist to join our clinical payments team. You will own site payments from generation through reconciliation, resolving inquiries and discrepancies, and supporting monthly reconciliations within a sponsor-embedded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing investigator payments in a biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics setting.
• Exposure to clinical budgets and contracts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a sponsor-embedded environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage site payments from generation through reconciliation and closeout.
• Handle site payment inquiries and resolve arising discrepancies.
• Support monthly reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams.
• Support budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed.
• Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.
