Job summary

Indegene in Paris is seeking a Site Payments specialist to own the lifecycle of site payments in biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environments. You will manage site payment inquiries, reconcile payments and support monthly closeouts while coordinating with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams.

• Supporting budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed.
• Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.

Purpose:

• Experience owning site payments in a biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environment
• Strong understanding of investigator payments, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution
• Experience supporting clinical budgets and contracts is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a sponsor-embedded environment
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Your Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in investigator grant payments, clinical trial finance, site finance, or related operations.

Experience supporting global programs and client or sponsor stakeholders is preferred.
