Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Entry-level Site Payments Analyst to join our Clinical Operations team in Lyon. The role supports Investigator Grant payments and IG revenue recognition, and helps generate IG budgets for new projects via the RFP process.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field, 1–2 years in finance, and are fluent in English and French. Strong Excel skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Science, Law or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to clearly present complex topics in writing and speech.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and/or check pro-forma invoices from Hospitals, until final invoice is released and processed for payments.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze IG cost estimates/budgets for Phase I-IV projects from RFP through project completion.
• Coordinate the calculation of periodic payments to investigators.
• Manage monthly/quarterly IG project evaluation, including estimating, analyzing, and forecasting IG revenue/expenses by project.
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports for trends and elevate noted items for resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with departments at Medpace to fulfill internal and external requests.
