Job summary

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with comfort working independently in sponsor-embedded environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investigator grant payments, clinical trial finance, site finance, or related operations.
• Experience supporting global programs and client or sponsor stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site payments from generation through reconciliation and closeout.
• Handle site payment inquiries and resolve arising discrepancies.
• Support monthly reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams.
• Supporting budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed.
• Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.
