Job summary

Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions provider, is based in France and seeking a Site Payments Specialist to join our clinical payments team. You will own site payments from generation through reconciliation, resolving inquiries and discrepancies, and supporting monthly reconciliations within a sponsor-embedded environment.

• Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams.
• Support budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed.
• Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.

Purpose

• Experience owning site payments in a biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environment
• Strong understanding of investigator payments, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution
• Experience supporting clinical budgets and contracts is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a sponsor-embedded environment
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Your Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in investigator grant payments, clinical trial finance, site finance, or related operations.
