Medpace, Inc. seeks an entry-level Site Payments Analyst in a full-time, office-based role in Lyon.

You will support Investigator Grant payments and Rev Rec processes, create IG budgets for new projects via RFPs, and contribute to strategic initiatives with a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach. This role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, 1–2 years in finance, and fluent English and French, along with strong Excel skills and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to clearly present complicated topics to diverse audiences in both oral and written form.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and maintain high quality work.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and drug development services desired.

Responsabilités

• Review, prepare and/or check pro-forma invoices from Hospitals, until final invoice is released and processed for payments.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze IG cost estimates/budgets for Phase I–IV clinical projects from RFP through completion.
• Coordinate calculation of periodic payments to investigators.
• Manage monthly/quarterly IG project evaluation including estimating, analyzing, and forecasting IG revenue/expenses.
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports for trends and issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with departments at Medpace to fulfill requests.
