Medpace Lyon is seeking a full-time, office-based Entry-level Site Payments Analyst to join our Clinical Operations team. The role supports IG payments processing, IG Rev Rec, budgeting for new projects via the RFP process, and helps forecast IG revenue and expenses.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, 1–2 years in Finance, and fluent English and French, with strong Excel skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Science, Law or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to clearly present complicated topics to diverse audiences in both oral and written form.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions or provide proposed courses of action.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and drug development services desired.

Responsabilités

• Review, prepare and/or check pro-forma invoices from Hospitals, until final invoice is released and processed for payments.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze IG cost estimates/budgets for Phase I-IV clinical research projects from RFP through project completion.
• Coordinate the calculation of periodic payments to investigators.
• Manage monthly/quarterly IG project evaluation, including estimating, analyzing, and forecasting IG revenue/expenses by project in support of company revenue recognition.
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports for trends and escape noted items for resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with many departments at Medpace to fulfill internal and external requests.
