Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Global Account Manager for a premier French banking client in Paris. You will lead a cross-functional, globally distributed sales team to win complex deals by articulating a strong ROI and business case for SFDC solutions.

You will drive executive relationships, coordinate sales motions across regions, and evangelize Salesforce AI-driven cloud platforms to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software to C-level executives in global accounts.

• Strong leadership and communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Owns global banking client engagements with a cross-functional, matrixed team.
• Leads and mentors named accounts managers and virtual team members.
• Engages with C-level decision makers to position Salesforce solutions through value-based selling.
• Coordinates internal groups (sales, engineering, marketing, services) to execute account strategies.
• Drives end-to-end sales cycles nationally and internationally, presenting ROI and business case value.
• Forecasts revenue and activity levels while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Evangelizes Salesforce vision via product demos, market events and account-specific initiatives.
