Doctrine is expanding its Growth team to accelerate the German market from Paris. You will own local campaigns, collaborate with Marketing, RevenueOps and Sales, and drive inbound and outbound lead generation with AI-enabled, data-driven strategies.

You will design nurturing programs for leads and customers, support product launches, events, webinars and field marketing activities, with a focus on copywriting and multilingual content in German and English. A flexible remote policy applies.

Qualifications

• Hard skills include AI-assisted campaign production, copywriting and data analysis.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Fluent German; professional English also required.

Responsabilités

• Design and roll out local campaigns for the German market (no copy-paste from FR).
• Lead inbound lead generation with Meta, LinkedIn and Google to attract qualified leads.
• Execute outbound campaigns and activation sequences for sales teams.
• Build nurturing programs for leads and existing users to maximize conversions and retention.
• Support PMM product launches and field marketing events, webinars and campaigns.
