Malt is hiring an Enterprise outbound sales lead to accelerate Europe-wide growth. You will architect high-volume campaigns, target key accounts, and collaborate with senior Enterprise AEs to build a scalable outbound machine that drives measurable ROI.

You will operate in a fast-paced, highly quantitative environment, using a rigorous discovery framework and CRM discipline to prevent lead leakage and enable seamless transitions to deeper discovery with qualified prospects.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of high-activity outbound sales experience in SaaS/Tech.
• Ability to articulate complex value propositions in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level fluency in German and high proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute high-volume multi-channel outbound sequences targeting 10–15 Focus Accounts per quarter.
• Run rigorous discovery using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework to deliver concise ROI pitches.
• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs to ensure smooth handovers and maintain Salesforce hygiene for a transparent pipeline.
