Grafana Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in France for a fully remote role. You will build knowledge of Grafana technology, conduct proactive outreach, and collaborate with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities while driving the revenue pipeline.

You’ll balance inbound and outbound activities, use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards to manage leads, and communicate clearly in German and English to engage prospects across international accounts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Open to feedback and coaching; strong communication.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Build knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, and industry trends.
• Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
• Proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts via multi-channel approaches.
• Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead/account management and research.
• Drive discovery conversations to understand needs and communicate Grafana value.
