Nomadify in Mulhouse, France, seeks a German-speaking customer service specialist to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional support in line with SLAs.

You'll work in a KPI-driven environment, documenting interactions in our CRM and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Relocation support may be provided.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately within CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Actively contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvement initiatives.
