Job summary

Four Data is seeking a Customer Success Officer to support the DACH region, collect and resolve customer issues, and analyse fleets to anticipate problems for continuous service. You will welcome and train new customers during onboarding, primarily by phone and meetings when needed.

The role emphasizes listening to customer needs, prioritising tasks, and communicating effectively in French, German, or English. Occasional teleworking and office presence in Dijon are offered.

Responsibilities

• To support the sales team in the DACH area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Collect and resolve customer complaints.
• Using business tools, analyse our customers’ equipment fleets to anticipate complaints and guarantee optimal service continuity.
• Welcoming and training new customers to follow them through the onboarding process (mainly by telephone and physical meetings if necessary).
• Contacting our customers to advise them of new services and benefits adapted to their needs.
• To make proposals to regularly improve our tools and the training of our clients.
