Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead based in France. This fully remote role oversees paid acquisition across 25+ B2B SaaS brands, balancing strategic ownership with hands-on campaign management.

You will lead a network of PPC freelancers, set budgets, and drive high-value advertising accounts while aligning with analytics, SEO, and CRM integrations to optimize attribution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience owning substantial paid media budgets (ideally €1M+ annually) and hands-on optimisation.
• B2B lead-generation focus, with expertise in search advertising and high-quality lead outcomes.
• Ability to manage campaigns across a wide budget range and prioritise scarce resources.
• Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across 25+ B2B SaaS brands and ensure campaign quality.
• Manage high-priority accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Develop/test ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and campaign structures for lead generation.
• Lead and coordinate a network of PPC freelancers and budget decisions.
• Advise on channel mix, budget allocation, and performance expectations.
• Standardise tracking, reporting, and documentation for scalable growth.
• Audit/ integrate paid setups for acquired businesses and ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with analytics and SEO to improve attribution and CRM integration.
• Explore AI-powered workflows to enhance research, analysis, and reporting.
