Bigblue is seeking a Consulting director to lead the launch of a new Professional Services program spanning logistics and operations. You will design offers, pricing models, and delivery frameworks, then drive execution at scale for merchant partners.

Reporting to the co-CEOs, you’ll build a cross-functional team, shape strategy, and measure performance with KPIs while collaborating with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, professional services, or implementation at a high-growth scale-up
• Customer-obsessed with ownership and ability to turn complex needs into actionable plans
• Balance execution, people management, and financial performance
• Builder who designs and scales processes from scratch
• Thrives in cross-functional environments across product, ops, tech and commercial teams
• Strategic and hands-on — able to drive the roadmap and jump into project firefighting
• Fluent in English; ideally French or Spanish

Responsabilités

• Design and launch Bigblue’s Professional Services program: define the service offering, pricing models, and delivery frameworks for operational consulting.
• Deliver structured, high-impact advice to merchants: help brands streamline their operations, unlock growth, and maximize Bigblue’s capabilities.
• Create and track KPIs — merchant satisfaction, project ROI, and delivery timelines.
• Generate and structure company knowledge for internal training, enablement, and product roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams to scope needs and align on direction.
• Handle repeatable onboarding packages and bespoke merchant migrations.
• Forecast team utilization and ensure strong project economics while delivering value to merchants.
