Responsibilities

• Design and launch Bigblue’s Professional Services program.
• Deliver high-impact advice to merchants.
• Create and track performance metrics.
• Generate scalable insights from field experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration.
• Manage both repeatable and bespoke projects.
• Design revenue models and ensure project economics.
