Bigblue, a hybrid Paris-based ecommerce logistics scale-up, seeks a Senior Account Manager to retain and grow its European D2C brand portfolio.

You will build partnerships, translate service and cost metrics into business impact, and define improvement plans with merchants using data analysis.

Based in Paris or willing to relocate, you will collaborate across Paris, Madrid, London, and Berlin, guiding growth and delivering a five-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles including 3+ years in logistics, fulfilment, e-commerce, or related industry.
• Native-level French and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven with solid Excel skills and ability to present actionable insights.
• Commercially minded with problem-solving, prioritisation and strategic-thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis and business impact.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and drive cross-selling and upselling.
• Monitor customer feedback and performance trends to drive actionable improvements.
• Contribute to product and operational improvements from merchant insights.
• Optimize internal processes and tools to enhance the customer experience.
