Bigblue is seeking a Legal Manager to own contract validation, templates, and negotiation across merchant, 3PL, and fulfillment agreements for a Pan-European scope. You will coordinate external counsel, advise cross-functional teams, and ensure legal protections align with business speed and pragmatism.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial legal and fluent French and English, with an emphasis on practical, scalable legal processes within a fast-growing B2B environment.

Qualificações

• Min 5+ years in commercial legal, business law or contract management.
• Strong experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to lead complex negotiations and advise business teams.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own contract validation across merchant, 3PL and fulfillment agreements.
• Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks.
• Advise teams during negotiations and participate in complex/ high-risk discussions.
• Act as legal partner for Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Finance, and Operations.
