Job summary

Bigblue seeks a Fulfillment Strategy & Operations Lead to launch and scale a new Professional Services program. You will design offerings, pricing, and delivery frameworks, and deliver structured advisory across logistics, transport, and commerce operations. This role reports to the co-CEOs with exposure to sales, product, and executive teams.

You will build the PS function from scratch, drive adoption, and ensure strong project economics while delivering value to merchants across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or implementation at scale.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with strong ownership and ability to translate needs into plans.
• Ability to balance execution, people management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Professional Services program including service offerings and pricing.
• Deliver high-impact advisory to brands, optimize operations and growth.
• Define KPIs and build tools to monitor performance and ROI.
• Turn field experience into scalable internal training and product input.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops and Customer teams to align journeys.
• Handle repeatable onboarding and bespoke merchant migrations.
• Forecast utilization and design revenue models for profitable services.
