Job summary

Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to moderate content, support users, and help improve AI systems. You will review reports, chat, email, and calls, and collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to ensure safe, compliant outcomes.

The role requires strong French (C1-C2) and good English (B2), 1–2 years in customer support or moderation, familiarity with online culture, and a valid work permit for Greece or EU citizenship. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• French language at C1–C2 level is required.
• English at B2 level; C1 may be required for specialized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
• Investigate and act on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI safety by reviewing and classifying content, including complex scenarios.
