Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Technical Advisor for on-site work in Athens with full relocation support. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provide technical troubleshooting, and log interactions in our system to ensure smooth customer experiences.

The role requires native or fluent French, strong problem-solving skills, and accurate data logging. This position is 40 hours per week with rotational shifts and relocation assistance to Europe.

Qualifications

• Native or Fluent French
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Basic typing speed (20 WPM)
• High School Diploma or higher
• Valid EU passport or Greek residence/work permit (mandatory)

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Record and manage customer interactions in the system
• Resolve issues efficiently
• Log all customer interactions in the database
• Manage and resolve complaints according to company guidelines
• Troubleshoot issues using training materials and support tools
• Provide clear solutions and helpful recommendations
