Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent in Athens to contribute to content moderation, customer support, and AI-system improvements. You will review and classify content, handle inquiries via chat, email, and calls, and work with Trust & Safety to resolve complex cases.

Required are strong French skills (C1–C2) and English at least B2, with 1–2 years in related roles. Relocation support is available and a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or content moderation.
• Excellent written and spoken French (C1–C2).
• English proficiency at least B2; higher for some workflows.
• Familiarity with social media and online trends.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content per standards.
• Investigate reports on abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.
• Create data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
