Requirements: C1–C2 French, B2 English, 1–2 years in customer support or moderation, familiarity with online culture. Relocation support available; work permit or EU citizenship required.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French required.
• English at least B2; C1 may be required for specialized workflows.

Responsabilités

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure policy compliance.
• Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, or policy violations.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account and platform inquiries.
• Help improve safety of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.
