Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join our international team in Athens, contributing to content moderation, customer support, and AI safety.

You will review content, handle inquiries by chat, email, and calls, and collaborate with Trust & Safety to improve policies.

Requirements: C1–C2 French, B2 English, 1–2 years in related fields, and a valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship. Competitive salary and relocation support available.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content for safety and reliability.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and attention to detail.
