Formalize is seeking a Senior Account Executive based in Paris to drive growth in the French market, from lead to closed-won, and to lead solution-oriented sales across France. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and close multi-stakeholder deals.

The role requires senior-level experience in B2B SaaS sales, fluency in French, and the ability to operate in an English-first team. Paris office-based, with comprehensive benefits.

• Experience closing strategic deals and engaging senior decision-makers in France.
• Experience delivering customized product demonstrations addressing specific prospect needs.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth and expand the French customer base from lead to closed-won.
• Lead solution‑oriented selling and establish a strong local presence in France post-Series B.
• Collaborate across Sales Development, Customer Success, Field Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to tailor solutions and manage complex sales cycles.
• Own and accelerate an end-to-end sales pipeline, delivering impactful demonstrations to multi-stakeholder buying groups.
