Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our client’s operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on handling complex logistics inquiries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries in a fast-paced international environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French with strong English communication, excellent problem-solving skills, and willingness to relocate on-site.

Qualifications

• French: native or fluent, spoken and written.
• English proficiency for client comms and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• EU passport holder is required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for French-speaking clients regarding complex logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Coordinate supply chain documentation to ensure cross-border shipments and timely delivery schedules.
• Analyze and resolve delivery discrepancies with warehouse teams and external logistics partners.
• Monitor real-time tracking to identify and mitigate potential transit delays.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with updates and accurate logistics data.
• Collaborate with international departments to optimize supply chain processes.
• Provide reporting on delivery performance to management for continuous improvement.
