Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a motivated French-speaking Advisor for an online payment platform in Bulgaria. This role offers the chance to work with a global FinTech leader and relocate to Sofia.

You will handle French-speaking user inquiries, assist with online payments, and ensure secure, compliant service. Prior client-facing FinTech experience is preferred, and an EU passport is required for relocation.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Previous client-facing experience, preferably in FinTech or banking.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate online payment software.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert support to French-speaking users regarding online payment transactions and platform features.
• Resolve account-related inquiries and ensure high-quality customer communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in online payments and improve service protocols.
• Ensure interactions comply with financial regulations and internal standards.
• Help improve the client experience by providing feedback on usability and processes.
