In this role, you will be serving as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their account management and transactions
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for excellent customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and continued service improvement
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide informed support

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or service industry
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathetic and clear customer interaction
• Able to handle and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic office software
