Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Advisor for an Online Payment Platform in Bulgaria to join our fintech support team. You will handle complex payment inquiries and protect customer data while delivering professional service.

Responsibilities include assisting French-speaking users, resolving account issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the platform. A relocation-friendly role with competitive pay and benefits awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation to Sofia.
Previous client-facing experience, preferably in FinTech or banking.
Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate online payment software.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues while remaining customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Provide expert support to French-speaking users regarding online payment transactions.
Resolve FinTech-specific inquiries with high data-protection standards.
Serve as primary contact for account-related issues with professional communication.
