Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who can communicate fluently in French and English. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email from our sunny Portugal location, with relocation assistance provided.

This full-time role offers onboarding, CRM case logging, teamwork, and opportunities for career progression in an international environment. A EU passport or Portuguese residency is required; relocation details and studio housing are arranged.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• EU passport or Portuguese residency card required.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal with relocation support.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in French.
• Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to maintain service quality.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy.
