Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who speaks French to live and work in sunny Portugal. We provide relocation support including temporary accommodation, flight reimbursement, and help finding a home.

You will communicate with customers in French by phone, chat and email, resolving issues with empathy and accuracy, and recording cases in our CRM until resolution. Join a team-focused, inclusive environment with a full-time contract, base salary plus performance bonus, paid

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a bonus.
• EU passport or Portuguese residency card may be required.
