Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support French-speaking customers across Europe. You will be the voice of global brands, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and guiding users through product and account features.

Fluency in French and strong English (B2+) are required, along with EU or Greece work eligibility. A digital mindset and comfort with multi-screen setups will help you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Formación

• Fluency in French: native or fluent (C1/C2) in written and spoken communication.
• Good English knowledge: (B2 or higher) to navigate company systems.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Comfortable navigating computers and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Be the problem solver: assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries.
• Deliver top-class service with clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot and guide users through basic technical issues.
• Collaborate globally with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
• Engage in continuous learning of brand features and tools.
