Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent French-speaking customer support agent to join an international remote team. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email and chat from home, with relocation support to Greece for EU candidates moving here.

Requirements include French (C1+) and English (B2+), EU citizenship or work authorization, strong communication skills and independence. Training is paid and salaries are competitive with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1 or above) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization.
• Clear communicator and confident problem-solver.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Comfortable using standard computer tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
