Job summary

GC Orthodontics Europe GmbH in France is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Inside Sales Support professional. You will act as the French-speaking frontline, handling orders, inquiries, and returns while coordinating with Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams.

The role requires a commercial/administrative education, fluent French, and strong MS Office/ERP skills. A hybrid work model and a path for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial, business, or administrative education or equivalent
• Native-level French or fluent in writing and speaking French
• Good English skills required; German is a plus
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Order Management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in France via phone, email, and other channels
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests
• Coordinate order management activities to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain and other internal departments
• Handle returns, credit notes, and customer issue resolution
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvements
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
