Job summary

LGC Standards, a division of LGC Group, is seeking a French-speaking Quoting Specialist (m/f/d) to support customers with quotations and sales processes from our hybrid office in Molsheim. You will prepare quotations, manage requests, and act as a key contact, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Fluent French and strong English are required, plus CRM experience.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple communication channels.
• Support the adoption of digital tools and self-service platforms.
• Manage regulated product enquiries in line with compliance processes.
• Contribute ideas that enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
