Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to moderate content, provide customer support, and help improve AI system safety for a global user base.

You will review reports, handle inquiries via chat and email, and collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to refine policies. Fluency in French and strong English are required, with relocation support offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proficient French language skills (C1-C2) required.
• English proficiency at B2 level; C1 may be required for specialized tasks.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Improve AI system safety by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and objectivity.
