Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to support content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvement for a global user base. You will review content, handle reports, and assist users via chat, email, and calls.

The role requires strong French language skills (C1–C2) and good English (B2). Relocation assistance is available, with competitive compensation and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French language level
• B2 English; C1 for some specialized workflows
• 1–2 years in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related field preferred
• Familiar with online culture, social platforms, and internet trends
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve the safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
