You will navigate customer needs, provide accurate information, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English per job requirements.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products and services.

• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
